1 cup light or low fat vanilla yogurt

Papaya Smoothie

1 papaya, sliced into chunks
½ cup chunks of fresh pineapple
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt

1 cup 1% milk
½ cup peaches, frozen
½ cup strawberries
2 tbsp. vanilla yogurt, low fat
1/8 tbsp. ginger, powdered
2 tbsp. whey protein powder
3 cubes of ice
Method
